Job Summary
The Office of Finance is seeking a Fiscal Operations Coordinator (Admin Staff) with the following work experience & education:
- Three years work experience in Accounting or similar field;
- AND Degree in Accounting or Economics
Necessary Job Skills: Accounting & Finance Internal Auditing Bookkeeping Economics & Development Attention to Detail Teamwork Time Management Coaching Problem Solving.
A successful candidate will possess the following characteristics:
- Results-oriented professional with accounting experience.
- Analytical problem solver skilled in successfully performing high volume & time sensitive projects.
- Collaborative communicator continually focused on implementing programs to ensure accurate reporting increased productivity & optimal performance.

The Office of Finance is looking for a dedicated Fiscal Operations Coordinator who will:
Monitor and review work activities completed by other Fiscal Operations staff
Work with Fiscal Operations Manager to identify training needs and create training plans for staff
Analyze subsidy ledgers of accounts prepared by staff and release ACH wires as appropriate
Monitor aging reports for accounts receivable and ensure prompt collection and deposit of fees due to OHFA
Create detailed reporting schedules
Research and resolve complex and sensitive Fiscal Operations issues

OHFAs Office of Finance provides fiscal management budgeting & accounting for OHFA & its programs. The office also coordinates the annual federal & financial audits of all Agency funds as well as prepares monthly financial reports & quarterly budget reports.
