About this Position

The Fiscal Coordinator Academic & Revenue Operations serves as the primary fiscal and operational support contact for the College of Professional Studies and all academic and administrative departments. This position supports financial operations related to academic programming non-credit courses instructor payroll procurement travel accounts payable/receivable and revenue-generating activities.

The position provides high-level customer service and transactional support to faculty staff instructors and external partners while ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures. The Fiscal Coordinator prepares financial documentation monitors program activity supports revenue tracking and provides analysis to assist leadership in decision-making.

This position works collaboratively with university departments Central Services Human Resources and the Stillwater campus to support efficient fiscal operations and continuity of services.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors
    • Bachelors degree in business accounting finance or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
    • Experience in administrative support financial operations or business processes.
    • Experience using financial or enterprise systems.

Certifications Registrations and/or Licenses:

  • Valid Drivers License

Skills Proficiencies and/or Knowledge:

  • Strong organizational and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in higher education finance or business operations.
  • Experience with Banner AIRS or similar systems.
  • Experience supporting payroll procurement or accounts payable processes.
  • Familiarity with university financial policies and procedures.
