• Respond to residential and commercial fire and water losses
  
  
• Perform water extraction and mitigation
  
  
• Set up and monitor drying equipment
  
  
• Perform demolition and material removal
  
  
• Set up containment and follow proper PPE and safety procedures
  
  
• Work in attics crawlspaces and confined areas when necessary
  
  
• Complete job notes photos and required documentation
  
  
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
  
  
• Drive company vehicles to jobs throughout our service area
  
  

• Previous professional fire and/or water mitigation experience required
  
  
• Familiarity with restoration equipment and drying processes
  
  
• Experience with extraction demolition containment and equipment setup
  
  
• Ability to recognize job priorities and work with limited supervision
  
  
• IICRC certifications are a plus
  
  
• Strong attendance and reliability
  
  
• Professional communication and documentation skills
  
  

• Valid drivers license
  
  
• Ability to meet company driving requirements for operation of company vehicles
  
  
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly
  
  
• Comfortable working on ladders and in confined spaces
  
  
• Able to perform physically demanding work in wet dirty and changing environments
  
  
• Ability to successfully complete applicable pre-employment screening following a conditional offer of employment
