Job Summary
A growing fire protection company is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Technician out of the Elko NV region. This is a steady long-term opportunity for someone with hands-on sprinkler experience who is comfortable working on fire sprinkler systems performing service repairs troubleshooting and installation.
Responsibilities:
- Install fire sprinkler systems including wet pipe dry pipe pre-action and deluge systems
- Perform work in compliance with applicable fire codes building codes
- Read and interpret blueprints drawings specifications and job documents
- Assist with system modifications pipe replacement hangers fittings valves and related sprinkler work
- Communicate professionally with customers team members supervisors and other trades
- Travel regionally as needed; overnight stays may be required
Qualifications:
- 2 years of fire sprinkler field experience preferred
- Ability to pass a national background check and pre-employment drug screen
