Our continued growth has created an opportunity for a Sprinkler Construction Sales Representative to join our this role you will represent the Company by promoting and selling new fire sprinkler installations system modifications and retrofit solutions for existing facilities. You will support customers and end users within an assigned territory and account base.
How you will do it
Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors property managers and facility owners by scheduling sales calls following up on leads and executing approved marketing strategies.
Partner with assigned service customers to identify needs for moves adds and changes to existing sprinkler systems.
Assess customer requirements and develop a sales approach that clearly aligns Company capabilities to the customers goals.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline to consistently meet and exceed sales plan objectives.
Review project documents and drawings and apply working knowledge of current NFPA 13 standards and applicable local codes.
Estimate small projects including time-and-material (T&M) work as needed.
Develop new business relationships and help grow the Sprinkler Service business.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Strong presentation verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize stay organized and manage a multi-faceted workload.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and general business software.
Collaborative team-oriented approach; able to work effectively with others.
Preferred
35 years of industry experience.
Sprinkler design experience including estimating and performing hydraulic calculations.
Technical knowledge of fire sprinkler systems.
NICET Level II certification or higher.

Salary Range: HIRING SALARY RANGE: $61000 to $85000 Salary to be determined by the education
experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment
with market data.) This role also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take into
account volume and margin on a project quarterly and annual basis. This position includes a
competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for
