• Fire Sprinkler Foreman(s)

Position Overview

Team members will be responsible for the installation maintenance and repair of fire protection systems.

We are seeking highly motivated dependable hardworking and detail-oriented individuals who can multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lift at least 50 pounds
• Climb ladders and perform physical tasks including sitting standing bending kneeling reaching above and below shoulders and walking for extended periods
• Drive to job sites and work at various locations
• Submit written job progress reports for assigned projects
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members
• Read and interpret construction blueprints and diagrams
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Properly maintain company vehicles equipment and tools
• Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings
• Install assemble and trim fire protection systems

Qualifications and Skills

• U.S. Work Authorization (Required)
• Pre-employment drug screening
• Background check
• Reference checks
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / electronic blueprint systems)
• Basic math skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to train and mentor others
• Good driving record (MANDATORY)

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience installing sprinkler or fire protection systems
• Blueprint reading experience

License / Certification

• Valid Drivers License (Required) Must have a clean driving record
• NICET Level I or II (Preferred)
• Completion of an accredited industry training program (Preferred)
• OSHA 10 Lift Tool & CPVC Pipe Certifications (Preferred but not required)

Travel Requirement

• Up to 100% travel to job sites

• Multiple locations
• Field work / On the road
