Fire Alarm Service and Inspection Coordinator

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians for inspections service calls and emergency requests

• Manage incoming service requests via phone and email

• Prioritize calls based on urgency and customer needs

• Coordinate recurring inspections and ensure compliance with inspection schedules

• Track open service tickets and ensure timely completion

• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling updates and service status

• Review technician reports for accuracy and completeness

• Assist with quoting repairs and deficiencies identified during inspections

• Ensure proper documentation for billing and compliance

• Maintain customer records and service history

Education/Qualification:

• 25 years of experience in service coordination dispatching or the alarm industry preferred

• Familiarity with fire alarm inspection and service processes

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Experience with service management software (Sedona Service Trade or similar) preferred.

Pay Rate:

$25 to $30 hourly based on experience.
