Job Summary
Lamothermic is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team. Machine operators will be responsible for operating equipment used in the casting process and maintaining a safe and organized work enviorment.

Wage Description: $17/hr.
- Operating machines such as Knockoff Hammer Cut Off Saws Water Blaster Sand Blaster Salt Cleaner Grinders Hydraulic Presses
- Inspecting parts and repairing with hand held grinders
- Inspection and packing for shipping.
- Cross training in other departments (opens more opportunities for advancement)
- $17/Hr.
$150 Sign-On Bonus: New Machine Operators are eligible to receive a $150 bonus after successfully completing six months of continuous employment and being in good standing at the time of payment.
- Experience with wax injection or finishing processes and equipment is a plus but not required. We provide all necessary training.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
