- 5-10 years of experience; Jr. SME: 5-7 years Sr. SME: 7 years
- PAYplus USA and/or GFX knowledge
- GPP system and business configuration
- LLD / ILD workshops and system integration
- Production support issue triage RCA and troubleshooting
- Logs trace files GUI DB and Oracle queries
- SIT / UAT / NFT testing support
- Production upgrades and workarounds
- Customer-facing communication and requirement analysis
- Technical/Functional specifications and Use Cases
- Banking / payments domain preferred
- Linux and Kubernetes preferred
- Ability to work onsite and independently as a functional SME
