What Youll Be Doing

• Monitor and manage support mailbox for end-user inquiries.

• Performs financial daily and monthly balancing for data sent or received between systems.

• Investigates production issues involving cross-functional teams when needed.

• Provide end-user training and support for upstream/downstream application teams.

• Complete reports metrics and analysis as required.

• Build strong relationships with users and propose system/process improvements.

• Test and document changes for enhancements upgrades and new functionality.

• Maintain system reference and end-user documentation.

• Provide financial business support as requested.

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

• 2 years of accounting experience.

• Experience supporting financial applications (vendor or proprietary).

• Ability to manage moderately complex projects.

• Strong customer service orientation with internal stakeholders.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Proactive and self-starting work style.

• Strong Excel skills

Nice To Have

• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Oracle Analytics Cloud or Oracle-based custom applications.

• Familiarity with business intelligence tools and financial reporting systems.

• This is a Hybrid role working in the Fenton office (T W in office)
