Work Type: Hybrid ( 2-3 days in the office)
Shift: 8am-5pm CST
Position Overview:
Supports Supply Chain Finance activities through financial analysis reporting and process improvement. This role assists with routine and non routine financial tasks. Working with finance and operational teams to improve financial processes and supports accurate and timely reporting for business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- This position will monitor financial and operational processes and support accurate and timely reporting for business stakeholders.
- This will involve analyzing large datasets for inconsistencies identifying priority issues and driving resolution by engaging with cross functional teams in the organization.
- A willingness to develop business understanding and contributing to the team effort is a plus. The ability to generate ideas and drive improvements to processes business methods or technical components is desired.
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree plus or must have HS diploma with all skills
- Excel experience is required-- data analysis pivot tables etc..
- 2years Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas pivot tables data analysis).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and experience or interest in data analytics reporting tools or automation (e.g. Power BI) is preferred.
