What You Will Do:
- Lead & Develop the Team Guide coach and develop Financial Planning & Analysis team members while driving performance and growth.
- Deliver Business Insights Analyze financial and operational results to provide actionable insights that support decision-making and business performance.
- Lead Strategic Analysis Conduct what-if analysis and evaluate the financial impact of business changes and new opportunities.
- Partner with Leadership Build strong relationships with executives and field leadership to support action planning and business decisions
- Drive Planning & Forecasting Improve budgeting and planning accuracy while supporting long-term financial strategies.
- Enhance Reporting & KPIs Develop and refine key performance indicators and reporting to improve visibility and drive results.

What You Will Need:
- Education & Experience Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Business with 8 years of experience in financial analysis budgeting or related fields.
- Leadership Skills Proven ability to lead initiatives develop teams and influence cross-functional partners.
- Problem-Solving Ability Strong judgment and resourcefulness to navigate complex business challenges.
- Analytical Thinking Advanced ability to analyze data identify trends and develop strategic recommendations.
- Financial Expertise Strong understanding of accounting principles financial planning and business analysis.
- Valid Work Authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
