Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

Cherry Bekaert is partnered with a PEbacked technology organization to identify an FP&A Manager to help build and scale the companys financial planning and analysis function. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on strategic decisionmaking and business performance.

The FP&A Manager will work closely with executive leadership to drive budgeting forecasting and financial insights across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure owning models and partnering crossfunctionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting forecasting and longrange planning processes
• Develop and maintain financial models and performance dashboards
• Deliver variance analysis and actionable insights to leadership
• Partner with business leaders on headcount planning and cost management
• Support strategic initiatives and adhoc financial analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
• Experience in FP&A within a highgrowth or PEbacked environment
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to nonfinance stakeholders
• Experience building or scaling FP&A processes preferred
