Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY |
The FDS Analyst II builds recurring and ad hoc analyses that explain local margin and productivity performance working closely with Senior Analysts/Managers to ensure quality and consistency. |
JOB FUNCTIONS | ||
Produce recurring margin and productivity reports by service line/unit; reconcile to financials. | ||
Conduct variance analysis (price volume mix productivity) and draft commentary for review. | ||
Assist in business case modeling and sensitivity analysis for local initiatives. | ||
Maintain data pipelines/workpapers and document methods in accordance with central standards. | ||
Field ad hochoc requests from local leaders; prioritize with Manager/Senior | ||
Gather local inputs and perform costing profitability and operational margin analysis for initiatives. | ||
Develop required management and forecasting reports. | ||
Support oversight of capital plan tracking (requests monthly forecasts coordination with managers) |
Qualifications | |
Bachelors Degree in finance accounting economics or a related field (Required) | |
One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience or one year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education. | |
2 years of experience in financial analysis decision support or a related field in a healthcare setting (Required) | |

Performs work thoroughly cost-effectivelyr and at a high productivity level. | |
Intermediate proficiency and experience using the Microsoft Office Package (Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook). |
Salary Range: $31.53 /hour - $52.06 /hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
