As aFinancial Counseling Representative you will be atrusted guide for patients navigating insurance coverage financial responsibility and payment solutions.

WhatYoullDo:

• Provideexceptional financial counseling supportby helping patients understand insurance benefits and out-of-pocket costs

• Meet with patients todiscuss payment optionsandfinancialassistanceprograms

• Verify insurance eligibilityandexplain benefitsclearly

• Assist withMedicaidandfinancialassistanceapplications

• Build trustwith patients during stressful financial situations

• Collaborate with care teamsand revenue cycle departments

• Maintainaccuratedocumentationacross multiple systems
