Position Summary:
The Finance Analyst - Sales is a critical member of the organizations finance and sales teams and the role requires a high degree of accuracy attention to detail and analytical acumen. Successful candidates will possess a strong understanding of financial analysis data modeling and sales forecasting as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. Reporting to the Manager of FP&A this position will work closely with other functions in the business to generate accurate timely and comprehensive insights to support the Sales teams.
Position Responsibilities:
Analyze financial and sales data to identify trends opportunities and risks.
Develop financial models to support business decisions including revenue and expense forecasting budgeting and variance analysis.
Provide regular financial reports to management including sales reports profitability analysis and performance metrics.
Monitor and evaluate sales performance identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to sales management.
Conduct research and analysis on market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive results.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
Knowledge and Experience:
2-3 years of experience in financial analysis sales analysis or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis tools (Excel etc.).
Experience with sales forecasting and analysis preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Education and Certification:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
Physical Activities and Other Working Conditions:
Associates working at Corporate sites are required to work in-person according to the Hybrid & Remote Workplace Policy.
This role is primarily sedentary and involves prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer. Regular use of hands for typing and operating office equipment is required along with visual focus on screens and documents. Occasional standing walking and lifting up to 1015 pounds may be required. Work is performed in a climate-controlled office or remote environment with moderate noise levels.
Minimal travel is required.
Compensation Range for the Position:
$53628.00 - $68376.00 - $83124.00 USDTarget Cash Profit Sharing for the Position:
8.00%Offer amount determined by experience and review of internal talent.
