The Retail FPu0026A team serves as the hub for financial datanand insights within Apple Retail partnering closely with leadership to drive the this role youll drive transformation initiatives across the team leveraging AIntools to modernize how we forecast plan and report on Retails OpEx spend. Youll also ownncritical processes including Total Retail capex consolidation and Global Retail Support (GRS)nanalytics.

This role will initially focus on driving transformation work within Retail FPu0026A leveragingnAI and other tools to significantly reduce manual works streams and drive efficiencies withinnthe team subsequently partnering with other finance teams to identify areas of opportunitynacross the org where standardization and automation can drive further efficiencies. The rolenwould also own two critical processes: consolidation and reporting of Total Retail CapEx andnanalytics and reporting for the Global Retail Support (GRS) entity which covers corporatenheadcount and contractors. This person will build and maintain strong relationships withnbusiness partners and establish a reliable process and cadence for capex reporting. They willnalso serve as a key point of contact for GRS headcount-related questions from the this role will support the broader Retail FPu0026A team with forecast and closendeliverables.

Drive transformation initiatives within Retail FPu0026A leveraging AI tools to eliminate manual work streamline deliverables and improve efficiency; partner with othernRetail Finance teams on opex to identify common areas of opportunity and drive alignment on process improvement worknOwn end-to-end consolidation and reporting of Total Retail CapEx including developing and maintaining a scalable process and cadence with business partnersnOwn analytics and reporting for the Global Retail Support (GRS) entity covering corporate headcount and contractors; partner closely with finance teams to understand headcount trends and serve as a point of contact for business headcount questionsnDrive ad hoc financial analysis and projects in support of current and future business goals actuals and forecast processes and broader Apple Retail initiativesnSupport the Retail FPu0026A team with forecast and close deliverables

2 years of experience in finance financial planning and analysis or a related fieldnBachelors degree or equivalent experience

Big picture thinking with inherent curiosity to connect dots understand all facets of Apple / Apple Retail and drive decision makingnExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with flawless attention to detail and the ability to quickly learn and apply new conceptsnStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate results and increase alignmentnAbility to partner cross-functionally at all levels of the organizationnProven experience developing and improving processes with desire to drive continuous improvementnStrong prioritization skills; able to navigate ambiguity independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environmentnProficiency with Excel and Keynote required; experience with Adaptive Insights Tableau and SQL strongly preferrednExperience leveraging AI tools to transform processes and drive efficiencies in an organization
