JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Greystar is now hiring for a remote Financial Analyst. This position is required to work Pacific Time working hours.

We are now interviewing candidates with multi-family portfolio experience.

Supports the strategic and daily management of the financial performance and operation of the assigned area by gathering and analyzing financial data and reports against budgets and key financial benchmarks interpreting trends forecasts and financial results and developing recommendations for optimum financial performance.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare and create equity and financing packages summarizing the highlights requirements market information and other financial data for corporate decisions.

2. Utilizes AI tools to develop and design presentation materials for various stakeholders that highlight financial recommendations including data visualizations executive summaries and supporting analysis.

3. Prepares and reviews budget revenue expense payroll entries invoices and other accounting documents and researches and resolves discrepancies as necessary.

4. Performs market surveys for due diligence by preparing metrics comparing and analyzing data and finalizing roll-ups for audits.

5. Completes various financial accounting administrative and other reports and analysis and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary.

The annual range for this position is $63000.00 - $76000.00.

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements prior experience current skills and geographical location.

• Corporate Positions:Inaddition to the base salary this role may be eligible to participateina quarterly or annual bonus program based onindividual and company performance.

• Onsite Property Positions:Inaddition to the base salary this role may be eligible to participatein weekly monthly and/or quarterly bonus programs.
