Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our team. The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in driving the financial success of our company by providing accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision making

- Prepare and analyze financial reports including income statements balance sheets and cash flow statements

- Monitor and analyze financial performance identifying trends and variances

- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and budgeting

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies

- Evaluate the financial impact of potential business opportunities and investments

- Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements

- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

- Communicate financial information and analysis to stakeholders including senior management

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field

- 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial software

- Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong time management and organizational skills
