Financial Analyst

Whats the Short Version
The Financial Analyst supports the Finance Department in areas of financial reporting and analysis annual operational budgeting and forecasting KPI development and tracking gross margin and expense analysis and decision support.

What Will You Be Doing
Monitor performance indicators highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
Prepare and analyze quarterly and monthly financial and management reports as well as ad hoc reporting.
Assist with business intelligence tools and dashboard reports.
Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies.
Develop financial models and analyses to support operational financial and strategic decisions with an understanding of valuation methodology including ROI NPV and scenario analysis.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Comply with all policies and standards.

What Are We Looking For
Bachelors Degree in business finance or equivalent experience
Masters Degree Preferred
2 years of strong FP&A experience and demonstrated ability to develop strong pro-forma and financial analysis
Exceptional communication analytical and decision-making skills
Experience in business intelligence data design to support analytics and decision support
Business understanding with an ability to analyze performance and drivers of value creation
Ability to analyze interpret and report on large financial data sets
Advanced Microsoft excel skills Microsoft Dynamics D365 and Access skills

Whats Our Offer
Salary Range: Youll earn between $80170 - $100000 annually depending on experience.

Bonus: Youll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary.

Paid Time Off: Youll accrue paid time off on a bi-weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.

What Should You Expect
Hybrid: SanMars Eastpointe office is located in Issaquah WA in the Seattle metropolitan area. Employees are required to work in our offices Tuesday through Thursday each week and additional days may be added based on business needs. Our standard working hours are 8:00-5:00 PST. Periodic travel may be required. The employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods while working on a computer and participating in virtual and in-person meetings. Frequent use of hands for keyboarding and standard office equipment is required. Occasional standing walking and reaching may be needed to attend meetings or collaborate in an office setting. The role requires the ability to perform close visual work on a computer for extended periods. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 1015 pounds.
