Location:

Houston TX Copperfield area. This is a fully on-site opportunity offering close collaboration with our Accounting Department and senior leadership.

Note:

Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in Accounting and at least 3 years of cost accounting experience. A Masters degree CPA and/or CMA designation is preferred.

Job Description

• Assist senior accounting leadership with budgeting operational goals financial planning and departmental objectives.
• Perform financial studies and analyses that help management make informed business decisions.
• Conduct ratio trend and financial data analysis to identify patterns variances and potential issues.
• Apply advanced managerial and cost accounting practices to support financial performance and reporting.
• Analyze financial results and communicate meaningful findings to leadership.
• Support special accounting and financial analysis projects as business needs evolve.
• Maintain accurate organized financial information while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting required.
• 3 years of cost accounting or closely related accounting experience required.
• Strong knowledge of managerial and cost accounting practices and procedures.
• Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret financial data identify trends and communicate findings effectively.
• Masters degree CPA and/or CMA designation preferred.
