Key Accountabilities

• Analyze financial results forecasts and trends to support business and management decision-making.
• Prepare recurring financial reports dashboards and management reporting packages.
• Support budgeting forecasting and profitability processes through data collection validation and financial modeling.
• Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers behind financial performance.
• Partner with senior FP&A team members on ad hoc analyses scenario modeling and business requests.
• Validate and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop knowledge of banking products revenue streams expense drivers and financial systems.
• Document assumptions methodologies and reporting processes to support data integrity.

Education & Experience

Required

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business or a related field.
• 1 years of financial analysis accounting banking or related experience.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

Preferred

• Experience supporting budgeting forecasting or profitability analysis.
• Familiarity with financial modeling and business intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of banking products financial statements or financial services operations.
