Financial Analyst, Global Ops Enterprise Services (GOES) Finance

Amazon seeks a highly motivated finance professional with an AI-first mindset to support the Global Ops Enterprise Services (GOES) Finance team. GOES is a leader in real-estate strategic portfolio management sustainability commitments and a centralized shared services support across the global portfolio. This is a great opportunity to support GOES in a role with high impact and visibility to business-critical processes that will require interactions with Director and above leadership across Operations and Finance. Everyone on the team needs to be entrepreneurial wear many hats and work in a highly collaborative environment thats more start-up than big company. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical in this role. Key job responsibilities
- Develop partnerships and use data to influence leadership decision-making
- Drive financing modeling and analysis for new initiatives - Lead long- and short-term financial planning including financial reviews with senior business partners (including Director and above)
- Manage competing priorities to complete both ad-hoc and strategic projects
- Seek opportunities to resolve defects and reduce cost through audits
- Improve scale and simplify finance tools across teams and organizations
- Communicate financial insights (both written and verbal) in a clear and concise manner. Adapt communication based on intended audience to clearly articulate complex financial considerations.
- Promote a positive and collaborative culture.

Individuals in this role have advancement opportunities to support different businesses and multi-functional teams to lead new programs and initiatives and to manage larger teams within the company

- 1 years of finance experience
- 2 years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- Knowledge of standard software including Excel Access Oracle Essbase SQL and VBA skills
- Bachelors degree in finance accounting or related field

- 2 years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Experience in TM1 Data Warehouse and SQL

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
