Job Summary

We are seeking a Financial Analyst / FP&A Coordinator to support a corporate cybersecurity team in a collaborative fast-moving environment. This role is focused on financial planning reporting month-end close support budget analysis forecasting and stakeholder communication. Cybersecurity experience is not required but experience supporting IT technology or cross-functional corporate teams is a plus. Automotive manufacturing or Fortune 500. No more than 13 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Perform month-end close activities including financial review reporting support and expense analysis.

Conduct budget vs actual analysis and identify variances that may require forecast adjustments.

Prepare and maintain financial reports dashboards and recurring analysis for leadership review.

Support financial planning forecasting and budgeting processes across assigned business areas.

Analyze financial data to identify trends discrepancies risks and improvement opportunities.

Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Collaborate with finance cybersecurity IT and business stakeholders to support planning and reporting needs.

Communicate financial information effectively to both finance and non-finance audiences.

Take initiative during slower periods by identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes or analysis.

Qualifications

5 years of experience in financial analysis FP&A budgeting forecasting or corporate finance support.

Strong Excel skills including data manipulation reporting analysis pivot tables lookups and financial tracking.

Experience with budget vs actuals variance analysis forecasting month-end close and financial reporting.

Ability to work independently manage priorities and take ownership of assigned work.

Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across teams and all organizational levels.

Professional presence proactive mindset and willingness to contribute beyond assigned tasks.

Preferred Experience

Experience supporting IT cybersecurity technology infrastructure shared services or other cross-functional corporate teams.

Familiarity with corporate financial processes cost center reporting accruals reclasses or expense tracking.

Experience in a large corporate enterprise manufacturing automotive or Fortune 500 environment.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage recurring financial responsibilities while also looking for ways to improve processes and provide useful insights. This person should be comfortable working with financial data communicating with stakeholders and supporting a technical business group without needing deep technical cybersecurity knowledge.
