***This position is ideally based out of Dallas TX but can be flexible to people in other markets within Texas.***
About the role:
The Facility ManagementFinancial Analyst is responsible for financial management reporting and cost control across Facility Managementoperations. This role ensures financial transparency supports budgeting and forecasting and drives cost efficiency while maintaining service quality.
In this role you will:
Develop and manage annual budgets forecasts and financial plans for Facility Management delivery
Monitor actuals vs. budget providing variance analysis and corrective actions
Oversee invoicing cost allocation and client financial reporting
Support pricing models and commercial proposals
Identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising service outcomes
Ensure compliance with financial governance audit requirements and internal controls
Partner with operations and procurement to align financial and service delivery objectives
What you bring:
Strong finance background within Facility Management or operational services
Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities
Experience working within complex contracts and cost structures
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
