Job Summary

For more than 25 years the Atlas Management team has provided management and human resources solutions to businesses and employment opportunities to individuals. Atlas Management is hiring an Financial Analyst for an organization in the Brentwood TN area. This opportunity is ideal for the individual who has strong analytical skills enjoys working with data and research. This position is a 10 week project seeking for an immediate start. Financial Analyst
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Monday - Friday 8a - 5p
Hybrid - 3 days a week in office

Financial Analyst helps a company or investor make better decisions. That can mean explaining why results changed forecasting what comes next or assessing whether a project investment or strategy makes financial sense.
  • Supporting internal decisions like budgeting forecasting and performance reporting.
  • Finding company growth opportunities and performing deal analysis for M&A investments partnerships and divestitures.
  • Securities and investments such as equity research portfolio management and private equity where analysis supports investment recommendations and portfolio decisions.
  • Where analysts sit close to strategy operations or product teams and translate business plans into financial impact.
Requirements:
Must have at least 2 years of experience in:
  • Gather internal firm financial data;
  • Synthesize data into usable representations;
  • Meet with firm executives to understand financial priorities;
  • Analyze data in light of firm objectives;
  • Stay informed on industry trends;
  • Use financial modeling techniques;
  • Create recommendations for future action; and
  • Assess progress on financial benchmarks.
Advance skills in Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook)
Minimum bachelors degree in Finance and/or 5 years of experience can compensate for degree
