• Job Title: Financial Analyst
• Job Summary: Responsible for assisting in preparation coordination and documentation of financial analysis projects. This role analyzes financial and operational performance and partners with stakeholders across the organization to support business planning and informed decision-making.

What youll do

• Provides analytical support for financial planning forecasting budgeting and other forward-looking business initiatives
• Assists in the preparation of budgets forecasts and analysis of financial performance and key business trends.
• Maintains develops and enhances reporting dashboards and financial tools to enhance accessibility accuracy and efficiency.
• Partners with cross-functional business teams to provide financial insights and support data-driven decision-making.

What youll bring

• Three (3) to four (4) years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
• Bachelors degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience with analytical tools (advanced Excel Tableau PowerBI etc).
• Experience with corporate planning tools (Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM strongly preferred).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders.

Base Salary Range: For this role new hires generally start between $85000 - $95000 per year. The full range is $85000-$150000 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidates qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
