Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting excellent analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Financial Analyst you will play a critical role in providing financial analysis and support to our management team helping to drive business decisions and ensure the financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports on company performance including budgeting forecasting and variance analysis.

- Monitor and analyze financial data identifying trends and potential areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with various departments to develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements.

- Participate in the annual budget process and provide support in developing financial plans and strategies.

- Prepare and present financial reports to management highlighting key findings and recommendations.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis preferably in the construction industry.

- Strong understanding of financial principles and concepts.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
