technical excellence. As we scale we are looking for a Financial Administrator
who can own our internal books and act as a reporting visionary.
The Role
This isnt a data entry job. We need a Zoho Books Power User and a Google
Sheets Master to manage our internal finances. You will be responsible for the
integrity of our books the automation of our workflows and the creation of
high-level dashboards that help us navigate our nationwide growth.
What Were Looking For
- Zoho Books Expertise: You know how to manage the general ledger
reconciliations and automated workflows within Zoho.
- Google Sheets Mastery: You can build complex automated financial models and
dashboards (QUERY XLOOKUP Pivot Tables etc.).
- Bookkeeping Principles: A rock-solid understanding of GAAP accrual
accounting and financial reporting.
- Professionalism: Since this is a remote role you must be a self-starter
with a professional high-functioning home office setup.
