Lead the strategy behind Finances data and reporting ecosystem building the platforms dashboards and self-service tools that turn complex financial data into clear actionable insight across the business. This is a high-impact leadership role where youll own the technology guide a team and shape how Finance operates.

What youll do

• Own the vision and development of Finances data platform balancing analytics accessibility with financial reporting accuracy
• Build reporting frameworks dashboards and self-service analytics that empower Finance teams to explore data independently
• Serve as business owner for core Finance platforms including SAP Datasphere Azure Data Lake and adjacent accounting/finance systems
• Lead coach and mentor the Finance Systems & Reporting team
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions from concept to adoption
• Align finance teams around standardized KPI definitions and unified reporting
• Guide UAT for new functionality system upgrades and integrations
• Identify gaps in current solutions and partner with IT/business to close them
• Build strong relationships with Finance and IT stakeholders and communicate ideas clearly to senior leadership

What you bring

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• 7 years of experience across Finance systems and processes (SAP Datasphere Azure Data Lake Power BI FP&A/EPM tools)
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA
• Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere (data modeling warehousing integration governance)
• Strong understanding of core Finance processes (Record to Report Tax Treasury Asset Accounting)
• OneStream or similar planning platform experience a plus
• Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and shifting priorities
• Excellent communicator able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and system design skills
