Work Shift
1 - First ShiftJob Summary
Are you the type of person who can consistently meet deadlines and provide excellent customer service In this role you will provide transactional support to our financial shared services areas. Were looking for a person that is comfortable learning new software and different types of financial transactions.What Youll Do
1. Cross train on different systems processes and standard work used by warranty invoicing accounts payable corporate accounts or other finance teams.
2. Plan and implement process improvements and special projects; may collaborate cross functionally with dealers customers and various groups or individuals at multiple levels within the organization.
3. Research identify and resolve internal and external inquiries.
4. Educate and provide guidance to internal and external customers related to financial processes.
What Were Looking For
- Associate degree in Business Administration Accounting or other related field with a minimum of three years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Ability to process transactions with a high degree of speed and accuracy.
- Ability to retain training and knowledge for multiple functional areas.
Travel
- No travel is expected of this position.
Work Location
