A leading international law firm is seeking a Finance & Restructuring Associate Attorney to join its highly regarded Atlanta office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing financial institutions private equity sponsors private credit funds direct lenders borrowers and distressed companies in sophisticated finance restructuring and special situations matters.

36 years of finance restructuring bankruptcy or leveraged finance experience
Experience with commercial lending acquisition financings sponsor finance private credit or restructuring transactions preferred
Experience representing lenders borrowers private equity sponsors direct lenders or distressed companies
Experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements commitment papers security agreements intercreditor agreements and related financing documents
Experience with workouts restructurings Chapter 11 matters or special situations transactions is a plus
Strong drafting analytical and communication skills
Excellent academic credentials
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
Georgia bar admission required or ability to become admitted
