This role sits at the center of Apples efforts to transform end-to-end business processes including procure-to-pay order-to-cash and record-to-report by re-engineering workflows and deploying emerging technologies. The ideal candidate brings deep operational knowledge of finance shared services environments a track record of driving large-scale transformation programs and the ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders.

The Transformation Program Manager will develop and execute a clear vision and roadmap for transforming finance operations spanning procure-to-pay order-to-cash record-to-report and adjacent operational stakeholder management is crucial requiring close collaboration with Finance leadership ISu0026T PMO and operational teams across regions to ensure successful delivery and adoption of new processes systems and ways of Program Manager will also drive initiatives to improve data governance reporting capabilities and the use of operational analytics to provide deeper business insights into resource allocation service provider performance and system efficiency while ensuring all transformation efforts maintain strong internal controls and comply with relevant standards and compliance requirements.

10 years of progressive experience in program management operations or consulting roles within finance shared services or enterprise operations with proven experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives process optimization and operational experience in managing mentoring and developing direct reports or project teams fostering a collaborative and high-performing or BA in Business Operations Management Finance Engineering or equivalent.n

Direct experience managing or strategizing with managed service providers (MSPs) including defining SLAs/KPIs optimizing operating models driving continuous improvement and holding partners accountable for transformation experience in managing mentoring and developing direct reports or project teams fostering a collaborative and high-performing ability to lead cross-functional teams influence stakeholders and drive significant change in a complex organizational business acumen coupled with a deep understanding of finance shared services processes (P2P O2C R2R).nStrong communication and presentation skills; must be comfortable presenting transformation roadmaps and business cases to senior problem solver who presents problems and recommendations to work comfortably with incomplete information and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced high-pressure curious; not satisfied with easy or convenient answers; drives issues to root to maintain strict confidentiality around product launches strategic data and other critical initiatives.
