FINANCE & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR MIT SOLVE supports Solves Operations and Impact Team in furthering Solves mission; plays a critical role in Solves financial management handling accounts receivable and accounts payable functions maintaining accurate financial tracking for the organization and working closely with the Operations & Impact Senior Officer on financial analysis and reporting tasks; and supports several key HR administrative functions such as new staff onboarding.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: A minimum of two years of professional experience in accounting finance or finance administration; bachelors degree ideally in a data finance or similarly analytical field; proficiency in Microsoft Excel/GoogleSheets; proficiency in Salesforce or another CRM platform; proficiency in SAP or another ERP system; experience working with/analyzing financial data; ability to work effectively and stay accountable to deadlines; organized thorough detail-oriented and focused on accuracy and quality; curious able to learn quickly and able to problem solve and troubleshoot; interest and ability to rapidly upskill on new tech tools/systems including AI; ability to stay calm and produce high-quality work products even in high-stress periods; motivated to improve existing systems and processes; excellent listener and communicator; and acts with personal and professional integrity.
