Finance Operations Associate, Huron Digital

Coordinate with and manage relationships with Enterprise functions to achieve business unit Digital and Enterprise objectives including HR Business Partners Resource Management Recruiting Accounting FP&A and Analytics teams
Review reports and analyses with Digital operations leadership and operations business partners. Develop recommendations and follow through on action plans based upon discussions
Monitor and action various expense categories and internal budgets to ensure adherence to planned annual spend
Support month end close process by providing accurate and timely information to support decision making and provide actionable insights for Operations Business Partners
Perform various ad hoc financial analysis and reporting or business support as needed

Knowledge Skill And Abilities:
2-5 years of finance and operations experience
Bachelors degree in finance or accounting (or some related field) required
Experience in the consulting or professional services industry is preferred
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt existing systems to fast-changing requirements
Strong financial management skills; knowledge of financial analysis and standard financial metrics
Exceptional client service skills and ability to proactively work with leadership to address challenges
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to communicate influence and drive outcomes with individuals at all levels in the Company
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Desire to improve and find efficiencies in existing processes
The ability to learn quickly work independently and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in other Microsoft products (PowerPoint Word SharePoint).Other analytics tools including Power BI Workday (and Workday Adaptive) and CRM systems (Salesforce) is a plus

The estimated base salary range for this job is $75000 - $100000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors including but not limited to specific skills or certifications years of experience market changes and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Hurons annual incentive compensation program which reflects Hurons pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity the total estimated compensation range for this job is $86250 - $115000. The job is also eligible to participate in Hurons benefit plans which include medical dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
