Reporting to the Business Manager youll be a trusted member of the Finance team ensuring the smooth day-to-day financial management of the College. This is a varied and rewarding role where your work directly supports our students staff and families.

Key responsibilities include:

• Accounts payable and receivable
• Bookkeeping and financial administration
• Banking cash management and reconciliations
• Student fee administration and collections
• Purchasing and procurement support
• Budget reporting and financial reporting assistance
• Audit preparation compliance and statutory reporting

Were looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and a positive team mindset.

Youll ideally have:

• At least 5 years experience in finance administration accounts or bookkeeping
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• The ability to manage confidential financial information with integrity
• Well-developed organisational and time management skills
• A collaborative approach and a willingness to support colleagues across the College
