Finance Manager

Were looking for a highly motivated professional to help guide prospective franchise owners through the financing and funding this role youll serve as the bridge between our franchise sales team lending partners and candidateshelping turn interest into approved funded deals.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship management deal coordination and working across teams to make things happennot sitting behind a spreadsheet all day.

• Partner closely with our franchise sales team to support candidates through financing
• Help evaluate prospects and guide them on funding readiness and options
• Manage relationships with a network of banks SBA lenders and funding partners
• Coordinate the handoff from candidate interest prequalification funding approval
• Track deal progress and remove roadblocks to keep deals moving
• Provide clear confident guidance to candidates during the funding process
• Help strengthen and expand our lender/referral network over time

Qualifications :

This is a high-impact role where your success is directly visible in the growth of our brands. You arent just crunching numbers; you are the primary catalyst that turns a candidates dream of business ownership into a reality.

• 37 years of experience in one or more of the following:
  • Lending banking or SBA-related roles
  • Sales support deal coordination or client advisory
  • Franchise development or business consulting
• Strong communication skillsyoure comfortable guiding people through important financial decisions
• Organized and proactiveyou can manage multiple deals at different stages
• Relationship-oriented mindsetyou enjoy building partnerships internally and externally
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for non-financial audiences
