JOB DESCRIPTION
Own monthly internal financial reporting and key metrics analysis ensuring accuracy consistency and timeliness across all reporting outputs
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes monitor actuals vs. budget and provide clear variance analysis and insights to leadership
Serve as the CFOs primary point of contact for day-to-day finance execution and follow-through
Build and maintain financial models and internal reporting tools to support strategic and operational decision-making
Coordinate with practice areas and internal departments to manage project timelines track key deliverables and ensure execution
Prepare materials for partner and management meetings translating financial data into clear actionable insights
Partner with Accounting to align financial reporting with operational needs and firm priorities
Continuously improve reporting structures workflows and efficiency across the finance function
Maintain consistent organized reporting formats that leadership can rely on
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field required
5 years of experience in FP&A finance accounting or a related role
Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience building and maintaining financial models
Solid background in budgeting forecasting and financial reporting
Experience with SurePoint or similar financial management systems preferred
Familiarity with document management systems such as NetDocuments a plus
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-expectation environment alongside attorneys and firm leadership
Clear practical communicator written and verbal
