The Finance and Insurance Manager is responsible for producing additional income for the dealership by selling finance and insurance programs to new and used vehicle customers.

Salary: $190000 -275000.00 per year

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain good working relationships with several finance sources factory and otherwise.
• Submit paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals.
• Work with Sales Managers to ensure a reasonable profit from every sale.
• Handle all rate quotations. Establish and meet monthly objectives.
• Instruct salespeople in the methods of selling finance.

Qualifications:

• Experienced Automotive Business/F&I Manager or 2 years in a successful automotive sales position
• Strong attention to detail and 100% compliance with legal and regulatory rules
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Strong oral written and presentation skills
• Desire to achieve and succeed Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to work with a team Proven track record in a previous Sales and/or Sales or F&I Management role
• Will work at desk in an office setting. Computer knowledge is necessary. May be required to leave the dealership occasionally to contact finance sources.

Evening holiday and weekend work hours will be required
