Finance Manager

Gandrud Auto Group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team in Green Bay this role you will oversee all automotive financing activities ensuring seamless operations and compliance with financial regulations. You will work closely with customers and lending institutions to provide optimal financing solutions and protections that enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire financing process from application to contract execution for automotive sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and lending partners.
• Ensure compliance with all local state and federal laws relating to automotive financing.
• Educate customers on products andprotections that are available to their circumstance.
• Collaborate with sales and management teams to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Help enforce our positive values and culture.
• Train and mentor sales department staff as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive finance.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle financing options including loans and leases.
• Excellent understanding of finance regulations and compliance.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• High level knowledge of financial products and protections.
• Impeccable level of integrity and professional ethics.
