Purpose: The Finance Manager serves as a strategic finance business partner supporting Global HR leadership and enterprise-wide HR initiatives and will partner with leaders across multiple HR functions. The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial planning and analysis forecasting close activities financial reporting compliance headcount management and business decision support. The position will also partner closely with regional finance organizations and senior management to provide financial insights drive accountability and support strategic initiatives.
You will be responsible for:
- Collaborate with functional leaders to influence and shape business decisions
- Support quarterly business reviews and prepare executive-level presentations
- Manage risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
- Ensure adherence to financial policies SOX requirements and internal controls
- Produce accurate timely and meaningful financial analysis to influence business decisions
- Directly supervise a team of analysts and foster a culture of inclusion accountability collaboration and continuous improvement
- Support finance transformation and systems implementation activities
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelors degree preferably with a major in Accounting Finance or related business field is required
- 6 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance is required
- Strong leadership abilities business collaboration and ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity is required
- Strong framing communication and presentation skills ability to synthesize data into clear narratives for senior leadership
- Experience with financial planning & analysis financial reporting internal controls and forecasting
- Strong ability to assess priorities and drive execution of key business objectives and initiatives
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degrees or certifications such as MBA CPA CMA or other financial accreditations are strongly preferred
- Knowledge of financial systems planning tools and reporting platforms such as SAP AFO Anaplan
- Demonstrated leadership experience including leading a team and developing talent
Other:
- This position is in New Brunswick NJ and may require up to 10% domestic travel
- This is a hybrid role and will require you to be in the office 3 days a week following J&J flex policy.

$102000.00 - $177100.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation 120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year
Work Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
