About this role

The Finance Leadership Program (FLP) is a 3-year early career rotational program designed to expose associates to Carriers segments and finance functions at a New York Stock Exchange traded company with market-leading products and services utilized by customers worldwide.

The FLP builds upon formal education while providing an excellent opportunity to create a strong network and join a culture that values ethics the environment and financial performance. FLP associates develop analytical and communication skills while acquiring a greater appreciation for teamwork and leadership. The program includes collaboration with FLPs around the globe as well as Carrier leadership programs across other functional areas to develop skills and tools required for a successful career at Carrier.

Key Responsibilities

Rotations are designed to expose associates to multiple segments and functions which may include Accounting Financial Planning & Analysis Operations Finance and Investor Relations among other Finance functions based on business need. Rotation locations are updated annually and may include Florida North Carolina Indiana or others. Relocation based on annual role assignment and travel for training events during the program is required and covered by the Company.

The program provides a continuing educational focus throughout the rotational experience which may include trainings events and various case studies. FLP associates receive mentoring from program alumni and addition to training provided within the program associates are eligible to utilize the Employee Scholar Program and other exclusive Carrier benefits.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Business or Finance

• GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0 GPA

• Must be geographically mobile and can relocate at most yearly for rotations

• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

• Less than one year full-time professional work experience

• Willingness to travel 5%

• To be eligible for the program you must be a Fall 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027 and start in the Leadership Program in mid-June 2027

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in Accounting Business or Finance

• Leadership roles in extracurricular organizations or part-time job while in school

• Comfortability with potential to move every year

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Efficient PC skills in Excel & PowerPoint

• Strong time management/organization/ability to multi-task

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $53000.00 - $106000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include but are not limited to skills education experience and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.

Other Compensation

Thisposition may be entitled to short-term cash incentives subject to plan requirements.
