Finance Intern

Job Summary

We areseekinga motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to support our finance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting data validation and operational finance within a production this internship is 3 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Rename andsubmitdaily invoices to customers accurately and on time

• Update andmaintainvendor master data in internal systems

• Perform basic review of invoices prior to payment processing

• Assistwith payment run validation based on guidance from the Controller

• Maintain organized financial records and documentation

• Supportadditionalfinance and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance Accounting or a related field

• Basic understanding of accounting principles

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel (basic formulas data entry spreadsheets)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communicationskills
