Finance Intern

The Finance Intern will support the Finance Department by assisting with financial reporting budgeting data analysis and administrative projects. This internship provides hands-on experience in healthcare finance while offering exposure to hospital operations accounting processes and financial decision-making.

• Assist with preparing financial reports spreadsheets and budget analyses.
• Support month-end and year-end financial activities.
• Review and organize financial data for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct research and analyze trends to support departmental initiatives.
• Assist with accounts payable accounts receivable and other finance-related projects.
• Collaborate with Finance team members on special projects and process improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and patient-related information.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous internship coursework or experience in finance accounting or healthcare administration.
• Interest in healthcare finance and hospital operations.
