Land OLakes is seeking talented finance students with strong leadership potential to join our summer internship program. As a Finance Intern you will gain hands-on experience supporting business decisions through strategic projectsand assignments with tangible business impact. Interns are valued members of the team and are given meaningful responsibilities that contribute to businessobjectiveswhile building foundational finance and analytical skills.

This internship is designed to provide real-world finance experience and exposure to key areas of financial planning and analysis in a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities

Finance Internswork directly with the businessunit supply chain or corporate finance teams. Responsibilitiesmayinclude:

• Support special projects and strategic initiatives

• Develop reports presentations and recommendations for business partners

• Analyze financial and operational data to support business decisions

• Conduct variance analysis andidentifykey business trends

• Assistwith forecasting budgeting and financial planning activities

• Collaborate with finance professionals and cross-functional teams to solve business challenges

Required Qualifications

• Pursuing abachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related business field

• Sophomore standing or higherjunior-level studentspreferred

Preferred Qualifications

• MinimumGPA of 3.0

• Foundational knowledge of financeoraccountingconcepts

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Demonstrated curiosity initiative and willingness to learn

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
