The Opportunity

As a Finance Function Strategy Consulting - Director you will specialize in providing consulting services related to financial management and strategy analyzing client needs and developing financial solutions to optimize their financial performance. Within our Management Consulting practice you will focus on helping clients enhance their finance function and organizational structure identifying gaps and inefficiencies and designing solutions to improve finance processes and roles. This role involves guiding finance transformation initiatives and aligning the finance function with strategic objectives.

As a Director you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. Translating the vision you set the tone and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth shaping the direction of client engagements and mentoring the next generation of leaders. You are expected to be a guardian of PwCs reputation understanding that quality integrity inclusion and a commercial mindset are all foundational to our success.

In this role you will cultivate potential in others and actively collaborate across the PwC Network leveraging our collective strength to maximize client satisfaction and create a thriving environment for people and technology.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of finance function strategies to optimize client financial performance
- Analyzing current finance operating models to identify gaps and inefficiencies and designing solutions to enhance processes
- Guiding finance transformation initiatives including change management and talent development to align with strategic objectives
- Overseeing the design and execution of organizational structures that support improved decision-making and financial management
- Collaborating with clients to develop financial solutions that address their unique needs and goals
- Driving business growth by identifying market opportunities and converting them into successful client engagements
- Mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders within the finance consulting team
- Promoting technological advancements to create environments where people and technology thrive together
- Cultivating executive-level client relationships to maintain and enhance PwCs reputation for quality and integrity
- Encouraging creative problem-solving and strategic thinking to address complex financial challenges

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelors degree
- At least 9 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting Analytics/Data Science Business Administration/Management Computer Science/Information Systems Economics Finance
- Demonstrating strategic finance and financial strategy skills
- Leading finance transformation and finance process improvements

The salary range for this position is: $155000 - $410000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individuals skills experience qualifications and location and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
