The Opportunity

The Director of Finance serves as a key member of the leadership team responsible for financial strategy compliance and operational excellence. This role ensures financial integrity while supporting growth and mission-driven impact.

WhatYoullDo

• Lead financial planning budgeting and forecasting
  
  Oversee accounting audits and regulatory compliance
  
  Manage grants contracts and funding streams
  Partner with CEO and Board on financial strategy
  Develop financial reporting and dashboards
  Lead and mentor finance team

Who You Are

• 510 years of financial leadership experience
  
  Strong nonprofit accounting experience (preferred)
  
  Knowledge of GAAP and fund accounting
  Excellent leadership and communication skills
  Experience with government contracts and grants

Compensation & Benefits

$120000-$150000 annually (DOE)
