THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a Finance Director for a full-time permanent senior leadership position in Las Cruces NM 88011. The successful candidate will provide strategic financial oversight within a healthcare organisation ensuring regulatory and compliance integrity across all financial operations. The role requires in-person reporting to a specific location with travel of up to 20% of the time. This is a confidential search for a qualified senior finance leader with a background in healthcare regulatory environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide strategic financial leadership and oversight across all organisational finance functions
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory and financial requirements including HIPAA
- Lead and develop the finance team maintaining accountability for performance and outcomes
- Apply and uphold Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices across all financial operations
- Drive policy and procedure development and implementation within the finance function
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in a related field or equivalent applicable work experience
- Demonstrated understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g. HIPAA)
- Prior team leadership experience
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Skilled in the application of healthcare policies procedures and Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices
- Experience in staff management within a healthcare finance environment
