Finance Director

Earl Stewart Toyota is seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead our Finance & Insurance department. This role is responsible for developing the F&I team delivering a clear and respectful customer experience and maintaining strong financial performance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead coach and hold F&I managers accountable for performance and customer service.
• Oversee financing leasing protection product presentations and contract completion.
• Build productive relationships with lenders and maintain competitive financing options.
• Monitor deal flow funding contracts in transit product performance and chargebacks.
• Partner with sales leadership to improve the handoff from vehicle selection through delivery.
• Ensure accurate paperwork and consistent compliance with applicable laws lender requirements and dealership policies.
• Review department results identify opportunities and implement practical improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven automotive F&I management experience; Finance Director experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dealership financing leasing lender relationships and F&I compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to coach a team and improve results.
• Excellent communication organization and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to treating customers fairly and making the purchase process easy to understand.
