Finance Director ITAD

Our client is a global electronics services business focused on repair refurbishment lifecycle management and circular economy solutions.
This role has been created following the acquisition of an ITAD organisation and will support the continued growth and integration of the segment.
Were looking for a commercially focused Finance Directorto work closely with senior leadership across the US. This is a high-visibility role supporting business growth integration activities financial performance and strategic decision-making within a fast-paced environment.
- Partner with senior leaders across finance operations and sales
- Drive budgeting forecasting and financial reporting activities
- Deliver margin revenue and cost analysis to support business performance
- Develop pricing models and business cases for growth initiatives
- Support cash flow working capital and Capex planning
- Prepare board-level presentations and executive reporting
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and commercial optimisation
- Qualified accountant with 5 years post-qualified experience
- Strong FP&A and commercial finance background
- Experience within manufacturing ITAD reverse logistics or asset-intensive environments preferred
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially minded with the ability to turn data into actionable insight
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
- SAP or NetSuite experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-growth environment
